The service

GEO Radar ("we", "us") runs AI-search visibility audits on your behalf: in response to a URL, brand, and topic you submit, it fetches the public page, asks a panel of public AI models buyer-intent prompts, and scores whether your brand is named, ranked, or cited. You ("you", "the customer") pay for audits at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use GEO Radar and the reports it produces in a way that complies with applicable law. You will not audit sites or brands solely to harass or defame them. You will not use the API to attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. You will not present a GEO Radar score as a guarantee of AI placement to a third party.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 4 credits per probe (one buyer prompt tested across the AI model panel), reserved when an audit starts and settled on the probes that complete. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your reports remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Failed payment

If your Ounie wallet runs out of credits, no new audits can start, but your existing reports stay accessible and buying credits restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of an empty wallet.

Refunds

Probes that can't complete are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For anything else, open a support ticket.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. AI model outputs vary between runs; we do not guarantee that a visibility score is stable or predictive — it reflects how the models answered at the time of your audit.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
